Retiree Open Enrollment

Overview
Non-Medicare eligible retirees will continue to be covered through our Anthem health care plans. The annual retiree open enrollment period for 2027 is November 2-25, for pre-65 retirees. During this time, pre-65 retirees that are currently enrolled in health care or dental coverage may change plan options and add or drop dependents. Open Enrollment information, rates, and plan details, will be available on November 2, 2026. The only other time you are able to change plans or add dependents is within 60 days of when you experience a qualifying event.
For 2027: Non-Medicare Eligible Retirees
The current Anthem Healthkeepers plans Premier POS, Standard POS and Healthkeepers HDHP HSA plans will continue in 2027. Blue Cross Blue Shield honors the Anthem Healthkeepers plan regardless of the state you live in. You now have the option to enroll in one of the other three plans. You don’t need to do anything if you want to continue your current health coverage.
